The Foodarama Scotch Bonnet was discovered at the Foodarama market http://foodaramatexas.com/. This chili pepper has a different shape than the Bahamian Goat pepper & Freeport orange bonnet but similar heat. These are the largest Scotch bonnets I’ve grown. It’s very thick walled & perfect for cooking with or eating fresh.
